OUR FACULTY
Ms. Kathi
Ms. Kathi, Owner and Artistic Director of Broadway Bound Dance Centre, began dancing at the age of three and has spent her life immersed in the art of dance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and is a certified dance educator through Dance Masters of America, New York Chapter. Before founding Broadway Bound, Kathi taught for over a decade in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area and has served as Children’s Rehearsal Coordinator for international tours of The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Swan Lake. Her performance credits span more than a hundred musical theatre productions, including leading roles in Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, The Wizard of Oz, and a co‑lead in Chicago. She also performed with the Radford Dance Theatre. This season marks Kathi’s forty years as a dance educator and celebrates thirty years of Broadway Bound Dance Centre. Her passion, creativity, and commitment continue to shape the studio’s vision. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating a positive, welcoming dance community where students feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to grow both as dancers and individuals. She loves helping dancers find confidence in themselves.

Miss Raven
Ms. Raven has been dancing for over fifteen years, training in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and lyrical. She was also a competitive dancer, earning multiple awards for her performances. Raven recently served as both an instructor and assistant coach for the West Shore “Purrfections” Dance Team, helping dancers build strong technique and confident stage presence.
Raven continues to take classes and expand her own dance education, bringing fresh ideas, current styles, and positive energy into every class she teaches. She believes every dancer deserves to feel seen and encouraged.
Miss Katy
Miss Katy is celebrating her fifteenth year as a dance educator and choreographer and twenty-nine years of dance at Broadway Bound. She began teaching with us in 2010 as an interim instructor and officially joined the Broadway Bound faculty in 2011. A graduate of UCF, Miss Katy is a former member of the Broadway Dance Company, a performance group she now proudly oversees as lead instructor and choreographer. She also serves as head choreographer for Broadway Bound’s competitions, guiding dancers through award‑winning routines with her signature blend of precision, creativity, and high energy. Miss Katy’s classes are known for being fun, upbeat, and instructional, creating an environment where dancers feel supported, challenged, and inspired.
Mr. Casey
Mr. Casey has been dancing since the age of seven and has trained in tap, jazz and hip hop throughout his dance journey. He has performed with The Broadway Dance Company and has held leading roles in productions such as Aladdin, as the Prince in Beauty and the Beast, and Captain Hook in Peter Pan. A talented choreographer, musician, and actor, Mr. Casey brings strong performance experience and creative energy into every class he teaches. He has been teaching hip hop at Broadway Bound for seven years, developing a dynamic, high‑energy style that students love. Alongside his own continued dance training, Mr. Casey enjoys mentoring young male dancers, helping them build confidence, technique, and a strong presence both in class and on stage. He loves watching young dancers discover their own style.
