OUR FACULTY
Ms. KathiÂ
Ms. Kathi, owner and Artistic Director of Broadway Bound Dance Centre, began dancing at the age of three and has been actively studying dance for over fifty years. Ms. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and is a certified dance educator by The Dance Masters of America New York Chapter. She spent over a decade teaching dance in the New York/ New Jersey metropolitan area and has been the Children's Rehearsal Coordinator for international tours of The Nutcracker, Cinderella and Swan Lake. Her performance credits include parts in over a hundred musical theatre productions including leading roles in Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, The Wizard of Oz, and co-lead in Chicago, among many others. Kathi also performed with the Radford Dance Theatre. The 2021/2022 dance season marked Miss Kathi's 35th year as a dance educator and the 2020/2021 dance season marked the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of Broadway Bound Dance Centre.
Ms. Brenda

Ms. Brenda joined the staff of Broadway Bound in the fall of 2000. Brenda, a former studio owner from NY who has decades of dance and teaching experience, has always been highly sought after as a choreographer, judge and educator. After a brief sabbatical, Ms. Brenda is excited to be back in the classroom working with the students she loves.
Ms. Donna

Ms. Donna joined the staff of Broadway Bound in the fall of 2006. Miss Donna has been dancing for over thirty-five years and has been teaching dance for over twenty years. Along with a full time professional career, recently completing her Masters Degree in Business Law, Ms. Donna is also a certified Zumba instructor and has always been a student favorite at Broadway Bound.
Miss Katy

Miss Katy is celebrating her twentieth year of dance at Broadway Bound and her thirteenth year as a dance educator and choreographer. In 2010 Miss Katy began as an interim instructor and in 2011 joined the Broadway Bound faculty. Katy, a graduate of UCF, is a former member of the Broadway Dance Company, our community performance group, which she now oversees as lead instructor and choreographer. Katy has also taken on the role of head choreographer for Broadway Bound's competition group. Miss Katy's classes are always high energy, fun and instructional.
Mr. Casey
​
Mr. Casey has been dancing for over ele years and has previously performed with The Broadway Dance Company. In 2017, Mr. Casey joined the Teacher's Apprentice program and graduated in 2019. Mr. Casey is also a talented choreographer, musician and actor. He has held lead roles in productions including the role of Aladdin, the prince in Beauty and the Beast and Captain Hook in Peter Pan. In 2019, Mr. Casey began attending Eastern Florida and joined the Broadway Bound faculty as a part time instructor. Along with a full schedule of his own dance training, teaching and classes, Mr. Casey enjoys mentoring other young male dancers.
Miss Mackenzie
​
Miss Mackenzie is back! A Broadway Bound Dancer of fifteen years and graduate of the Teacher's Apprentice Program, Mackenzie taught classes until leaving the area to complete her degree at UCF. Miss Mackenzie has returned to Melbourne and is excited to be in the classroom teaching again.
